The next Champagne and Chocolat Culinary Gala will be September 5, 2008

Dear Friends and Supporters of the Culinary Arts,

In celebration of our sixth Champagne & Chocolat Gala, we would like to extend to you our deepest gratitude for your continuous support and commitment to our charity. Since 2001, the Culinary Endowment has provided $160,000 in tuition scholarships to 125 deserving students, allowing them to pursue a career in the Culinary Arts.

The 2008 Champagne & Chocolat Culinary Gala will be held Friday, September 5, at the Houston Country Club. This black-tie gourmet dinner will include a champagne reception, silent and live auction, CanCan entertainment, music and dancing. The French Ambassador to the United States Pierre Vimont is Honorary Chair. Consul General Pierre Grandjouan is the Distinguished Guest. Mistress of Ceremonies is Shara Fryer.

All proceeds benefit the Culinary Endowment & Scholarship, a non-profit organization, which supports high quality culinary education for Chef-students of merit.

As an underwriter, you will be invited to the Kick-Off Party on May 14th at the Culinary Institute Alain & Marie LeNotre. You will also receive special benefits, including recognition in the Gala program, invitations, and press releases. New this year, top table sponsors will enjoy, either a five-course food and wine pairing dinner for 10 at Masraff’s, Kiran’s Restaurant, or a specially prepared dinner for 10 at the Culinary Institute Alain & Marie LeNotre.

Contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Kindly complete the enclosed Donor Form and return it at your earliest convenience.
